Senior Associate Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team at Sheffield Haworth. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of search execution, including managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research Strategy:
    • Work proactively with consultants to prepare client presentations and anticipate client requirements.
    • Formulate research strategies to meet client requirements and map the universe of a given assignment or product area.
    • Take ownership of research reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Candidate Development:
    • Network extensively via the telephone with candidates and sources, mapping the universe and presenting opportunities effectively.
    • Interview candidates in a consistent and professional manner, taking detailed notes and gathering feedback.
  • Database Management:
    • Ensure that all information gathered is entered on to the database, correctly skill-coded, and contact logs reflect conversations and meetings.
    • Save data efficiently and accessibly.
  • Project Execution:
    • Manage candidate interview processes, arranging meetings and gathering feedback from candidates and clients.
    • Stay in continuous contact with shortlisted candidates to ensure engagement in the process.
Required Skills:
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bright, articulate, and well-presented individual.
  • Well-organized with a calm, unflappable temperament.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • First-rate organizational skills.
  • Proactive, willing, and adaptable.
  • A good team player.
