About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Mumbai.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and possess a strong ability to work independently.
  • Responsibilities include providing thoughtful and sincere service, identifying and anticipating needs, assisting with plans or arrangements, ensuring all requests are made possible and followed up on, and performing light household duties.
  • Able to cater for family or dinner parties, manage wardrobe and clothing care, look after household furniture and antiques, and respect privacy and confidentiality.

Functional Area:

  • This is a Butler Industry Recruitment Agency role in Mumbai.
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing housekeeping and other staff, managing household duties, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • A personal assistant with exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A team player who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Butler or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, but not necessary for overseas locations such as London (UK).
