Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to develop, train, and validate predictive models using machine learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Develop and implement predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, decision trees, clustering, and other machine learning techniques.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to define data requirements and success metrics.
  • Model Deployment: Deploy trained models into production using ML best practices.
  • Pipeline Development: Design and implement automated pipelines for model training, testing, monitoring, and retraining.
  • Model Optimization: Optimize model performance to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Model Monitoring: Monitor model drift, performance degradation, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • CI/CD Practices: Implement CI/CD practices for machine learning workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Programming Skills: Strong proficiency in Python programming language with expertise in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
  • ML Ops Tools/Frameworks: Experience with ML Ops tools/frameworks such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
  • Data Engineering Concepts: Good understanding of data engineering concepts including ETL, data pipelines, APIs.
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML model deployment.
  • Statistics and Machine Learning: Strong background in statistics, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Version Control and CI/CD: Familiarity with version control using Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience in handling large-scale data pipelines and real-time model serving.
  • Feature Stores and Model Monitoring: Exposure to feature stores and automated model monitoring.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
