Senior Web QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web QA Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining robust and scalable automation frameworks to support our software releases.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on requirements and specifications. They will also have hands-on experience in using API testing and automation tools such as Postman.

In addition, the candidate should have experience implementing and supporting continuous integration testing solutions using Jenkins / Azure pipelines. Strong background and knowledge in automated, system, smoke, black box, integration, and unit testing is required.

We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who can work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks
  • Create comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases
  • Implement and support continuous integration testing solutions
  • Analyze system performance for bottlenecks
  • Boost integration and system testing coverage
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers

Requirements:

  • At least 6-9 years of automated testing experience in a production setting
  • Proven experience in creating comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases
  • Extensive experience in developing web automation frameworks from scratch using Selenium, C#
  • Hands on experience in using API testing and automation tools
  • Experience implementing and supporting continuous integration testing solutions
  • Strong background and knowledge in automated, system, smoke, black box, integration, and unit testing
