Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced architectural professional to join our team. This role will involve overseeing the architectural aspects of various projects in Surat and Ahmedabad, ensuring seamless project execution through collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily activities with clients, GMRC, and relevant contractors to achieve project goals
  • Conduct meetings with clients, fire authorities, and contractor design teams to discuss project progress and address any concerns
  • Prepare meeting minutes (MOMs) and obtain necessary approvals for drawings and documents
  • Visit project sites at both Surat and Ahmedabad, documenting findings and preparing reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience after graduation, preferably with 3+ years in the metro sector
