Senior Business Analysis Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience working on global enterprise-scale application developments and implementations.
As a key member of our Technology and Innovation department, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning the analysis approach, stakeholder engagement model, and governance plan for new projects and opportunities.
- Identify key performance improvement areas and collaborate with stakeholders to elicit solution requirements.
- Develop innovative, smart, and scalable solutions that adhere to industry standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide high-level estimates, impact assessments, and technology recommendations.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a technology Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience writing user stories and working with scrum teams and Product Owners.
- Good working knowledge of international banking, preferably in Wholesale Banking, especially in client on-boarding and/or due diligence (KYC), Tax (FATCA, CRS), Regulations (MIFID, EMIR, Dodd Frank) or applicable product knowledge.
- Certification in Business Analysis, CBAP/Agile methodology/Scrum master is an added advantage.
- Outstanding presentation skills and highly effective verbal and written English communication skills.
