Project Lead Position

A Project Lead will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of software development projects.

The individual will be responsible for setting clear objectives, defining targets, and delivering results within set timelines while maintaining high-quality outcomes and control over the project.

Key tasks include managing project scope, defining project objectives, assessing resources needed, estimating effort required, and guiding teams technically in overcoming obstacles or roadblocks.

Effective communication with stakeholders, risk management, and utilization of project management tools are also essential responsibilities.

  • Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment of business goals with technical requirements.
  • Assess resources needed for software development and ensure their optimal utilization.
  • Estimate the effort required to complete the project and guide teams technically in overcoming obstacles or roadblocks.
  • Manage risks effectively and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, experience working with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices, as well as expertise seeing projects through the full life cycle.

A team player with good interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, self-motivation, and excellent time management skills is required.
