Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Language Specialist to provide administrative support for the accounting function.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Japanese language and be able to communicate effectively with our team.

  • Typing, filing, verifying records, data entry, generation invoices and purchase orders, opening mail, simple data entry, basic journal entries, balancing A/R or A/P records, process expense reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Researches and responds to internal or external inquiries; working closely with finance staff.
  • Audit expenses and payment requests against corporate policies. Assigned special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Accurately type and file documents, verify records, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Generate invoices and purchase orders, open mail, and process expense reports.
  • Communication: Research and respond to internal or external inquiries, and work closely with finance staff.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Japanese language.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
