Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple precast projects, set benchmarks, align resources, track progress, and showcase precast technology benefits in various infrastructure and building projects across India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the execution of precast projects to ensure timely delivery, improve productivity, and maintain superior quality and safety standards.
  • Propose alternative precast construction methods as solutions for ongoing and tender projects to accelerate delivery and enhance project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including precast vendors, mould manufacturers, accessory suppliers, and modern machinery agencies.
  • Align and mobilize execution resources for production, installation, structural finishing, prestressing/post tensioning to optimize precast setup efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to maximize capacity utilization of precast-related resources, such as factories, workforce, moulds, and P&M.
  • Manage and build a high-performance team of production and installation engineers, along with flying squads deputed to various sites per project needs.
  • Oversee training needs and safety and quality responsibilities to foster a culture of excellence in precast execution teams.
  • Support standardization and modularization efforts by analyzing data on IC-wide demands and challenges.
Requirements:
  • B.E. – Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
  • 20-25 years of total work experience with certifications in PMP/Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
  • Relevant industry exposure in infrastructure precast expertise, building exposure, and international experience.
  • Expertise in construction methods and planning for precast construction with long tenure in the industry.
