About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Magneto IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Assist in the development, delivery, and reporting of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Contribute to the maintenance and update of the Salesforce database, guaranteeing data accuracy and utility, and use this data to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation and Management: Oversee website content updates and maintenance, ensuring brand consistency and current information, and create engaging content for the Digital Hub, a user resource center.
  • Email Marketing: Use Marketing Cloud to organize and manage email marketing templates and folders, streamlining the email campaign process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with overall company goals and provide additional support to the Website Manager and CRM Manager.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: The ability to quickly learn and use digital marketing tools like CMS, CRM, and email marketing systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹ 8,00,000 - ₹ 12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
