Your Qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field from a reputable institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in deep learning, with a proven track record of working on fast-paced projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker containers.
  • Experience with large language models (GPT-3, Pathways, Google Bert, Transformer) and deep learning tools (TensorFlow, Torch).
  • Working knowledge of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, SCM, CI, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Effective communication skills to understand requirements, describe software features, and technical designs to users, other technical teams, and product management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in managing a team of high-calibre machine learning engineers and data scientists.
  • Knowledge of Multi-Modal ML, including Generative AI.
  • Interest in and thoughtfulness about the impacts of AI technology.
  • A genuine passion for AI.
