Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced technical lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Python development skills and a solid understanding of software architecture patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend services.
  • Work with data platforms to ensure high-performance querying and job scheduling.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards across all development efforts.
  • Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Drive agile development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Liaise with stakeholders from operations, risk, and compliance to align technical solutions with business needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of total experience with 10+ years of hands-on experience in advanced Python development.
  • Strong experience in MongoDB, Redis, Fast API, and containerization tools.
  • Solid understanding of React Framework and frontend-backend integration.
  • Familiarity with Impala, Autosys, and distributed systems.
  • Proven leadership in managing mid-sized engineering teams.
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain is mandatory.
