About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Support Engineer to join our team and help diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers. You'll provide first and second level production support, drive process improvements, perform root cause analysis and escalate issues as needed.

As a key member of our software team, you'll build and maintain How-To articles for end users and the support team, and participate in on-call application production support based on rotation.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as an Application Support Specialist in a distributed team
  • Relational database expertise (Oracle, MySQL or similar) and SQL skills
  • Good experience with ticketing software and workflows, such as Salesforce CRM, Jira ServiceDesk or ServiceNow, including implementing and improving automation functionality
  • Expertise with logging tools such as Splunk, operating systems and application logs
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, CURL etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent years of industry experience
