Job Title: Senior Panel Quality Head

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to oversee all quality assurance and control processes at our manufacturing facility.
  • This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining our quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • You will lead a team of quality professionals, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain the highest standards of product reliability and safety.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of LV electrical panel design, manufacturing processes, and testing standards.

Responsibilities Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards, from raw material inspection to final product testing.

Key Requirements

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, CQE) are highly desirable.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Quality Management:
  • Expertise in QMS, Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control.
  • Proficiency in quality tools like FMEA, Pareto charts, and root cause analysis.
