Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for multiple locations, including general ledger accounts, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
  • Preparing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Performing account analysis and preparing journal entries as necessary.

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a franchise or multi-unit environment.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero, with experience in using advanced features such as classes, locations, and bank rules.
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and pivot tables.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in financial data.
