About the Role

As a Software Test Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of our software solutions.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and analytical individual who possesses excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze stakeholder and system requirements to identify potential testing gaps
  • Design, create, and maintain test artifacts (Test Plans, Test Cases, Coverage Matrix)
  • Raise synergies with lower-level test stages along the test pyramid
  • Execute system and acceptance tests to ensure seamless integration
  • Provide demos of completed functionality to stakeholders
  • Work with development teams on system integration test planning and execution
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure full test coverage
  • Follow defined organizational processes and quality standards
  • Participate in Product Development Life Cycle improvements
  • Document and report test results and defects
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of System testing experience for aggregates with complex system functions
  • Experience with test management tools (ALM, TFS/Azure or similar, Quality Center)
  • Experience of test case detailing, reviews, and defect management
  • Experience in functional testing techniques (integration, system, regression)
  • Understanding of Agile Development Life Cycle methodologies
  • Test Engineer Certification (CSTE, ISTQB) is a plus
