Finance Transformation Expert

As a key member of our finance transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through strategic planning and operational excellence. Your expertise will be leveraged to lead end-to-end finance strategy and operations transformation, enabling businesses to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement finance strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Design and implement process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide advisory services on project management, business services, and change management to ensure seamless implementation of finance transformations.
  • Develop innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies like SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Celonis, and more.

Qualifications:

CA (1st attempt preferred), MBA (Top-tier), CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications are required. Proven experience in consulting and/or industry roles, managing end-to-end client engagements, is essential.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and expertise in digital finance are must-haves for this role. Additionally, the ability to travel as per project requirements is necessary.
