Product Designer Position

upGrad is seeking a skilled Product Designer to craft intuitive, engaging digital products that drive learner success and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in designing impactful learning experiences at the intersection of design, technology, and education.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end design for features and products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Crafting wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate solutions effectively.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build and ship high-quality experiences.
  • Advocating for user-centric design while balancing business objectives and technical constraints.
  • Maintaining and contributing to upGrad's design system and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in product design, interaction design, or UX/UI design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating process and impact on shipped digital products.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices across web and mobile platforms.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present ideas confidently.
