Network Security Engineer

This is a critical engineering role that requires expertise in designing, deploying, and managing secure networks. As a senior network security engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing network designs that meet the organization's needs and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement network designs that meet the organization's requirements and ensure the security of the network infrastructure.
  • Customer Solutioning: Assist in analyzing and responding to RFPs from potential clients, developing and executing proof-of-concepts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address customer requirements.
  • Network Support: Provide engineering support for the network infrastructure, including troubleshooting network issues and ensuring network security.
  • Project Management: Lead network-related projects from conception to completion, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of network engineers, providing technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure timely rollout of system enhancements, migration, deployment, and optimization projects.
  • Involved in planning, architecture designing, developing, and testing solutions and service products riding on network or across multiple network layers.
  • Perform integration with existing systems and conduct service validation prior to handover to Service Operations team.
  • Ensure engineering projects are completed within target dates and within budget and agreed scope.
  • Performance tuning and automation of application.
