The Role of a Senior Associate in Learning and Talent Development

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess learning needs through surveys, focus groups, and feedback to understand organizational gaps.
  • Design and develop learning programs aligned with business objectives and adult learning theories.
  • Lead training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives, leveraging various formats (e-learning, instructor-led, blended).


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • Functional certifications related to Learning and Development would be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related HR function.
  • Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and development methodologies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR colleagues.
  • Skilled at using data to drive decision-making and improve learning outcomes.
