BPO Excel Analyst Role Overview

As a detail-oriented BPO Excel analyst, you will provide advanced data analysis and reporting support to our customers. This role requires technical expertise and strong communication skills to deliver accurate insights and ensure exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of direct customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

You will perform data analysis and create reports using advanced Excel functions, develop charts, pivot tables, and dashboards for business insights, and communicate effectively with customers.

We are looking for an individual with excellent time management and multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
