Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven sales professional to bolster our commercial team. As a Store Sales Executive, you will play a key role in establishing and achieving sales objectives through strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Identify prospective customers and generate leads through thorough research, engaging with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Sales Process Management: Navigate the sales process by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Quote and Proposal Management: Develop and send customized quotes and proposals to meet client needs.
- Sales Tool Utilization: Maintain the sales process through the utilization of specific software applications.
Essential Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in B2C Sales within a retail environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Prior experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector would be advantageous as it provides a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
