Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to create engaging visual designs and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in graphic design and/or UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision is required.

The Visual Communications Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Creating visually compelling graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral
  • Designing websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing
  • Developing wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Conducting UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions
  • Applying best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability

The successful candidate will be able to work closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align design with business goals. Strong communication skills are essential for explaining design rationale to stakeholders.

This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring night shift hours aligned with US time zones.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision
  • Knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on international brands or global campaigns
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for effective design-to-development handoff
