We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Regulatory Operations Bangalore team. As a Regulatory Reporting Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our firm meets its regulatory reporting obligations globally.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing expert knowledge of regulatory requirements, processes, and systems across global jurisdictions. You will perform reconciliation, back-reporting, and exception management as per various regulatory requirements, investigate and remediate issues with reports, and develop control improvements.

You will also contribute to strategic initiatives related to these reports, including strategic technology developments, improving current processes, procedures, and reports, and defining and producing comprehensive project documentation in support of strategic initiatives and change management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, processes, and systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
