Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an extension of the design team, providing local information during the design development process.
  • Monitor project execution for quality of workmanship and design fidelity.
  • Coordinate effectively during execution, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Role Description
  • Assist in the design process by providing local support, including site analysis, research, and data collection.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the design intent and ensure quality participation during execution.
  • Document all design fidelity and quality issues, escalating to the Project Lead when necessary.
  • Coordinate between client and design team to provide best possible design solutions to execution issues.
  • Analyze successes and failures of projects, identifying execution issues not trapped in drawings.
  • Grow professionally by achieving personal advancement goals.
  • Work closely with the local team to ensure smooth project deliveries.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor or Master of Architecture / Bachelor or Master of Design / Diploma in Interior Design.

Candidate Profile
  • Wide experience as a Design Coordinator with expertise in executing Interior Projects.
  • Prior Site execution experience preferred.
  • Revit skills are advantageous.
