Project Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator to join our organization. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial transactions across exhibition projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete billing process for exhibition projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate with project managers to gather financial data and project milestones for invoicing.
  • Prepare, generate, and issue client invoices promptly while reviewing contracts to align with billing terms.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve billing-related concerns professionally.
  • Track project progress and maintain financial accuracy for ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain essential financial and project information.
  • Analyze billing reports and assist in preparing financial performance reports.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and enforce collection policies to reduce outstanding receivables.
  • Review client contracts in collaboration with legal and project teams to address billing or contractual concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in estimation, billing, or a similar role within the exhibition or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must) and familiarity with billing/accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
