Piping Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Piping Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing piping systems that meet strict safety and quality standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and codes, including ASME, API, and IBR standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in piping engineering, with experience in pipe stress analysis, material selection, and procurement engineering.

You will be responsible for performing complex calculations and simulations to ensure the integrity of piping systems, as well as coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to procure materials and equipment.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Piping Engineering or equivalent required. 2+ years' experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry with specific experience on piping/piping stress for oil and gas, chemical, and petrochemical plant preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement piping systems that meet safety and quality standards
  • Perform complex calculations and simulations to ensure piping system integrity
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to procure materials and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and codes, including ASME, API, and IBR standards
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Piping Engineering or equivalent
  • 2+ years' experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry with specific experience on piping/piping stress for oil and gas, chemical, and petrochemical plant
  • Strong background in piping engineering, including pipe stress analysis, material selection, and procurement engineering
