Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong technical background to collaborate closely with our finance team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for management information systems (MIS), financial performance, and operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead or support enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.
  • Manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
  • Train finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
