We're seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to drive the development and integration of cutting-edge AI solutions that solve real business challenges.

This role involves designing, building, and deploying scalable AI models while staying close to the business context and ensuring our solutions are impactful, not just experimental.

The Work You'll Do

  • Design, build, and integrate AI models with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and adaptability.
  • Spearhead MLOps practices to help models transition from research to reliable production systems.
  • Manage key aspects of data preparation: cleaning, preprocessing, transformation, and validation.
  • Write maintainable, high-quality code with reusability in mind.
  • Develop APIs, pipelines, and prototypes that make AI solutions tangible and useful.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, developers, and product owners to turn ideas into working systems.
  • Take initiative in projects, contribute ideas, drive small experiments, and shape how we build solutions.
  • Stay current with the fast-moving AI ecosystem, applying approaches that fit the problem.

The Skills You'll Need

  • A solid foundation in AI/ML, with hands-on experience developing, integrating, and evaluating artificial intelligence models.
  • Familiarity with multiple AI domains such as natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, classical machine learning.
  • Experience with one or more ML/DL frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or SciKit-learn.
  • Exposure to agentic AI systems and evaluation of artificial intelligence systems.
  • Strong data handling skills (exploration, cleaning, preprocessing).
  • Ability to prototype quickly and build simple APIs to demonstrate solutions.
  • Problem-solving mindset and communication skills, able to explain not just how something works but also why it matters.
