About the Opportunity
  • The Visionary Architect will be responsible for comprehensive planning, design, and execution of architectural and master planning projects.
  • Responsibilities include project leadership, feasibility analysis, stakeholder coordination, meetings management, consultant review, standards compliance, reporting and proposals, cross-disciplinary collaboration, regulatory adherence, site oversight, design solutions, and final inspections.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) is mandatory; a Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery is essential.
  • Advanced knowledge of SketchUp and hands-on experience are required; familiarity with USGBC and Revit is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience working on-site is beneficial.
