Merchandising Strategist

We are seeking an analytical and execution-focused Site Merchandiser to enhance the customer experience and sales performance on Amazon.

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for data-driven merchandising and online customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing site merchandising strategies to drive traffic and conversion;
• Managing campaigns and promotional events to optimize e-commerce business performance;
• Tracking and analyzing customer behavior to inform merchandising decisions;
• Designing and refreshing storefronts based on customer demand and purchase patterns;
• Coordinating with design teams to create engaging marketing assets.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing (Amazon experience preferred);
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to learn SQL, XML, and in-house merchandising tools.
