Job Title: Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

 

Job Description:

 

  • Drive the financial planning process for the company's continued high growth by working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Support month-end close processes and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analyze financial data to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Partner with finance and business stakeholders to develop long-range plans, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts.
  2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis and interpretation of results.
  3. Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects.

 

Requirements:

 

  • CA or MBA with bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent military experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience in FP&A in a large US MNC.
  • Experience with SAP or large ERP systems a plus.
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
