Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our creative team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing visual content strategies across various social media platforms.

About the Role:
  • Create engaging visual designs, such as infographics and eye-catching graphics for social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop visual content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and messaging.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of social media platforms, including their features and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of design tools and software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality visual solutions within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present and explain design concepts and ideas to non-designers.
