Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the implementation of our Salesforce strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between product managers and developers, ensuring clear understanding of product requirements and technical constraints.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, as well as strong leadership and mentoring experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive collaboration.

Your expertise in solution delivery, technical expertise, and documentation will enable you to provide high-quality engineering excellence, aligned with the product vision and meeting customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
  • Strong leadership and mentoring experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively with product managers and cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in delivering quality solutions iteratively
  • End-to-end testing, solution deployment, and user support
