Job Title: ERP Performance Tester

We are seeking a seasoned ERP Performance Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure the optimal performance of high-complexity applications.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Load Runner, as well as a solid understanding of application architecture and database management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive performance test plans to identify potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand application changes and assess their impact on system performance.
  • Analyze test results to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring optimization.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of system performance metrics and benchmarks.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive improvements in system performance and scalability.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of performance engineering experience with a focus on high-performance applications.
  • Proficient in using performance testing tools like LoadRunner and Neoload.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex performance issues.
  • Able to interpret test results and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with mid-tier services, client front ends, and databases is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative development methodologies.
