We're seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our scalable backend systems and APIs. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with frontend applications.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Optimizing system performance, reliability, and scalability through best practices and innovative solutions
  • Troubleshooting complex issues and implementing solutions to improve application functionality and user experience
  • Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend engineering or a similar role
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js
  • Strong experience with database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling
  • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders
