Android Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Android software engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Kotlin and Java.

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications with proficiency in core Android development frameworks and tools.
  • Work extensively with Android Studio and modern frameworks (Jetpack Compose, MVC, MVI, RoomDB, Terabase) to deliver robust applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that meet customer needs.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through continuous testing and iteration.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry best practices.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Android trends, libraries, and best practices to drive innovation.
Key Skills:
  • Strong experience with Kotlin and Java programming languages.
  • Proficiency in Android Studio and modern frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise in Jetpack Compose, MVC, MVI, RoomDB, and Terabase.
Additional Requirements:
  • Retrofit for API integrations and Coroutines for asynchronous programming.
  • Dependency Injection frameworks (e.g., Dagger/Hilt).
  • Basic to intermediate exposure to Flutter for cross-platform development.
  • Git and version control best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of proven Android development experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
