Marketing Technology Leadership Role

We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Technology Lead to spearhead our marketing technology initiatives across multiple platforms and teams. This individual will drive personalization, automation, and seamless customer experiences at scale by leveraging expertise in multiple marketing automation tools, data and database management, platform integrations, and campaign deployment.

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing automation programs (email, SMS, push, web).
  • Manage and enhance MarTech stack including platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, Responsys, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess both strategic and technical capabilities to oversee data architecture, segmentation, and audience strategy leveraging tools like SQL, CDP/DMPs, and marketing databases. Additionally, they will drive integrations between marketing platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), CMS (AEM, Drupal), and analytics tools.

This role requires strong project management and stakeholder communication skills. The successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of marketing technologists, automation specialists, and developers.

">Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in at least 23 marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Eloqua, Marketo, Responsys, etc).
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and platforms like Talend, Zapier, APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, data extensions, and relational data models.
  • Understanding of customer journey orchestration, personalization, and behavioral triggers.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Relevant certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar platforms
