Language Model Training Specialist

As a highly analytical and detail-oriented linguist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the capabilities of large language models through high-quality linguistic data curation, annotation, and evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating or editing linguistically rich content, including grammar guides, syntactic analyses, usage explanations, and examples for NLP pipelines.

  • Curate and annotate linguistic datasets with syntactic, semantic, or pragmatic labels.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammaticality in model outputs.
  • Perform quality assurance on model fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and language appropriateness.

The qualified candidate will possess a deep understanding of linguistic theory and language structure, as well as experience with computational linguistics, corpus analysis, or LLM training. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills are essential for this position.
