Customer Experience Ambassador
">- Act as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless issue resolution and a delightful post-purchase experience.
- Support direct-to-consumer operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive customer retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve client queries and escalations via various channels with empathy and efficiency.
- Monitor and update daily orders in real-time to ensure 100% accuracy in dispatches and deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve shipment and delivery issues efficiently.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including broadcasts and wallet reminders, through retention tools.
- Support pricing and discount updates on the website to enhance user experience.
- Proactively monitor inventory levels and flag replenishment needs to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the warehouse, coordinating with logistics, marketing, and operations teams.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in D2C/e-commerce customer support or operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Technical proficiency with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
