Transportation Operations Team Member

We are seeking an experienced dispatcher to join our team in a remote Transportation Operations role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and tracking driver and truck performance to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Managing and updating loads in transportation management systems (TMS)
  • Dispatching drivers and monitoring progress
  • Collecting and processing proof of delivery, receipts, and paperwork for billing purposes
  • Communicating with shippers, brokers, and customers via email and phone

Requirements for success in this position include:

  • Experience in dispatching or transportation operations, preferably with refrigerated cargo
  • Proficiency with TMS software, such as ALVYS
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
