We are looking for a highly skilled individual to take on the role of Claims and Policy Manager. This is a challenging position that requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily insurance-related queries from clients
  • Support internal and external coordination for ongoing and future claims
  • Support individual plant teams with technical queries related to insurance or route queries to the proper channel internally for an appropriate response to clients
  • Maintain relationships with clients through resource stationed at their offices
  • Support routine endorsements
  • Follow up with clients on proposals under discussion
  • Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on claims
  • Follow up with insurers for policy copies/endorsements, etc.
  • Maintain portfolio records
  • Maintain claim MIS for claims and follow up: with the client on pending documentations, with the underwriter for claim status, and with the surveyor for inspection/survey reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Insurance qualification preferred
  • 3+ years of proven working experience in the insurance industry (General Insurance, non-health)
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-departmental coordination
Preferred Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and integrity
  • Willingness to adapt to dynamic priorities and work independently when needed
