Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:

As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based infrastructure solutions.

This position requires hands-on expertise in managing and operating production-grade cloud environments using industry-leading technologies such as AWS.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and manage complex cloud infrastructures to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline cloud operations and ensure consistency across environments.
  • Implement DevOps & DevSecOps practices with automation-first approaches to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible to maintain version control and collaborate with teams.
  • Leverage containerization & orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Administer and optimize Linux systems (Ubuntu/Debian) to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Jenkins to automate testing and deployment processes.
  • Develop Python, Bash, and Shell scripts for automation, tooling, and system orchestration to enhance productivity.
  • Implement and manage network configurations including LAN, WAN, IPv4/IPv6, VPNs, site-to-site connectivity, and firewalls to ensure secure data transfer.
  • Work with Airflow for workflow orchestration and data pipeline automation to streamline tasks and reduce manual errors.
  • Ensure compliance with SOC2 standards and manage cloud DR/backup strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
