About the Role

This Cloud Solutions Expert will be responsible for consulting with clients and proposing architectural solutions to help migrate infrastructure from on-premise to cloud or optimize cloud spend between public clouds.

  • Be at the forefront of new-age cloud offerings, define best practices as a thought leader for cloud, automation & Dev-Ops, and serve as a solution visionary and technology expert across multiple channels.
  • Augment your skills continually and stay updated with evolving technologies and client needs.
  • Utilize your experience in GCP to build hybrid-cloud solutions for customers.
  • Provide leadership to project teams and facilitate project deliverables centered around cloud-based technology and methods.
  • Establish tracking mechanisms and ensure adherence to IT standards and methodologies; deliver high-quality results.
  • Participate in technical reviews of requirements, designs, code, and other artifacts.
  • Stay current with new technical concepts in GCP.
  • Advise customers on security, risk, and compliance best practices, including access management, network setup, regulatory compliance, and related areas.
  • Possess strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to work effectively with customers and teams.
  • Maintain a commitment to quality, service attitude, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate confidence in collaborating with others to achieve high-quality standards.
Requirements

We value passion over formal education. However, we may consider candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from a reputable institution or extensive programming experience starting from age 12.
  • A proven track record of 8+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud Computing (GCP) and IT operational experience in a global enterprise environment.
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a GCP Architect.
  • In-depth knowledge of GCP services, including compute, storage, networking, and databases.
