Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to facilitate learning in a Montessori classroom environment for young children.

• Design and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Use Montessori materials and teaching methods to enhance student learning.
• Monitor and document the progress of each child.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A graduate degree in any discipline with preference given to Montessori training or certification.
• At least one year of experience in a Montessori or preschool teaching role.
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient attitude.
• Passion for working with young children and helping them grow and learn.
• Basic understanding of child psychology and early childhood education principles.
