Design Project Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Design Project Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design process, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Developing effective project management strategies to ensure seamless integration of design programs.
  • Closely working with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored design management procedures.
  • Coordinating with designers to guarantee high-quality work.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in architectural, civil engineering, MEP engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of design management, commercial negotiations, market analyses, and marketing processes.
  • Expertise in MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, and/or other scheduling software.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and ability to inspire team members as a leader.
