Food Quality Specialist

Ensuring food quality is a vital responsibility in the production process. This role focuses on implementing and monitoring quality control systems, conducting inspections as per specifications, and maintaining compliance with relevant food safety standards.

• A strong understanding of food safety and quality standards including FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in lab testing methods and quality tools such as SPC and 7 QC tools
• Effective communication, reporting, and coordination skills

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

A successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in the FMCG industry, with a degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions.
