Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Coordinate Inventory: Assist in the overall inventory planning process including demand forecasting, supply chain management, and distribution planning.
  • Gather forecasts from channel and category teams for upcoming quarters.
  • Plan and manage inventory at warehouse level based on forecasts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and plan purchase orders and inter-warehouse stock transfers.
  • Coordinate with the packaging team for planning and procurement of packaging materials.

Requirements:

  • Ability to independently manage analytical tasks related to planning and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business tools.
  • Experience in supply chain management and operations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
  • 0–3 years of overall experience in a similar role.
