Staffing Operations Manager

This leadership role is pivotal in driving workforce optimization and talent acquisition strategies across various sites within a designated geography. We are seeking a strategic and analytical thinker to own the development and delivery of community engagement plans, execute labor demand plans, and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for process improvement, candidate experience, and onboarding processes, with a track record of driving innovation and excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with local site leadership teams to optimize labor requirements.
- Forecast labor demand plans and create scalable staffing strategies to meet business needs.
- Develop and implement labor acquisition strategies, including employee class recommendations and talent pool conversion.
- Manage cost-per-hire budgets through oversight of labor acquisition, advertising, and other talent acquisition costs.
- Optimize candidate cycle time, conversion rates, and applicant funnel metrics to benchmark performance.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of workforce staffing performance via key performance indicators.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to partner with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-driven approach, with focus on meeting business objectives and exceeding service levels.
