Senior Hardware Engineer

As a hardware engineer, you will be working on creating high-quality RTL design and verification challenges that mirror real-world semiconductor development. These tasks are critical in helping labs build AI systems.
We're seeking experienced professionals to collaborate with researchers to develop and optimize environments for agent training tasks in hardware design workflows. Your contributions will directly impact the advancement of AI systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing realistic RTL design and verification problems that reflect industry complexity and best practices
- Building and optimizing containerized environments for agent training tasks in hardware design workflows
- Collaborating with researchers to understand agent capabilities and training requirements
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years in RTL design using Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL
- Strong background in verification methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog, testbench development)
- Experience with synthesis, timing analysis, and debugging tools
- Familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor Graphics)
Desirable skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration
- Curiosity about AI applications in hardware design
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
